My Laptop freezes afyer installing flash palyer

Hello everyone good day,

Im having problem with my laptop, why is it my laptop freezes if i install adobe flash player old or new..i cant even watch video on youtube or in facebook..
i did a fresh and clean windows installation 3 times but it does not help.

help me please..

4. From which site did you get Flash Player from (url)?

My laptop is Toshiba Satellite C855D-S5900
Windows Xp sp3 Black Edition
Mozilla firefox the latest one
i got my flash player from adobe website itself..

yes i tried to install the old version and the new version of flash players but same problem occured..
