Hi,I have a Toshiba Windows 7 starter.Okay let me tell you the whole story.This morning I was playing sims 2.When I wanted to quit the game my laptop just turned blank.It was plugged in to charge.An hour later I thought it would be gone I tried to turn it on but only the lights came on.But the screen was still black.Please help me I dont know what to do.I cant get him fixed please help..

Welcome to Kioskea Forum

General trouble shoot for this type of issue:

1) switch off the laptop
2) remove the battery
3) press power button for 30 sec
4) replace the battery
5) switch on the laptop

Post back!

It is better to reply us whether the problem is resolved or not!
