Dell pc deskop won"t boot & fans don"t run.

Hello, I"m Edwin, i cleaned the inside of my cpu with a clean paintbrush to remove the dust that have collected inside it, now my desktop won"t start. It starts showing the dell sign then stops. The fans don"t run and the monitor displays no signal. What are some solutions that you can suggest?
