After connecting processor pc shuts down

hello,
I was using PC with win7 last Saturday, but now when I start it automatically shuts down,, I checked everything is fine,, but when I removed processor all fans runs bulb glows, bit when I connect processor everything turns off 2 - 3 secs
amd phenom ii processor
with anti radeon HD 4250
ram 2 gb

Why did you remove the processor? I was not the smartest thing you have ever done!

I suggest you have a local repair shot take a look at the PC.
