Hello,

Can you please tell how to write-protect the USB Pen drive, so that I can safely use it on public computers like jobwork printing centers

Hi Goodpeoples,

There should be done some registry editing: create some storage device policies. I leave a link whit the instructions. You should open RUN and type regedit. Search for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control, create StorageDevicePolicies, putting "1" in the write protect part.
Follow the link for additional information: https://ccm.net/faq/11861-windows-enable-write-protect-for-usb-keys

Hope this helps
