My hp v 220w 16gb pendrive is not working

Hello,


My v220 w 16gb pendrive is showing a message that " you need to format the disk driveG: before u can use it" when it is connected to pc.But when i am giving for format it is showing that format cannot complete. i dont mind the datas inside it. but i need to use the pendrive again. Can u please tell me a suggestion?
