Flashing screen on web pages

Hello, yes,my Dell Inspiron 23 (Model 5348)all in one computer is only 3 months old and now it starts flashing on web pages such as yahoo..It does this about 1-2 times a day..After i close the page and open it up again it is okay..What is causing this? I have added nothing as far as add ons.. Help?

which browser cause this?

Did you have updated flash player?
If yes then did you have updated graphics driver?
Download it from here.. http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/inspiron-23-5348-aio/drivers

no..i never updated flash player..Why would i need to do that? it`s a new computer and only had it 3 months..

ok then,
go to start-->control panel->system-->device manager-->did you see any yellow exclamation mark?
