Black Screen

Hello, I use a Toshiba Satellite A50D-A i am encountering the same black screen problem. i used the laptop the night before and everything was owk. the i turned it off..the next day i turned it on and the screen is black...the number lock and caps lock lights are on..the fan is working. i hav tried all the solutions you hav provided above but its still not workin. Please help me.

Did you connect any external monitor?

Try to Remove the RAM from the slot and replace it again to the slot and trying different slots as well... try to remove the CMOS battery and replace it again..

I tried that it came and when i set the time and restarted the laptop it went off again

whether the hard disk is detected in BIOS?

Yeah it is detected.
i downloaded a video from the internet which told me to take put the keyboard and see if its gona come... i did and it came on but didnt come after i restarted it.
