Outlook in A.D sever

Hello,
I am using active directory in my ofice and added my users in it.
now i want to installed outlook on my A.D server and want that all user user that outlook on server when they add to domain and dont need to install outlook on every single pc, and also all mail and other setting of every user should save in server only.
Plz help me out.

Based upon my experience ,it is needed that outlook is installed on each and every PC across your network.An alternative may be using:Microsoft Exchange Server

ok,let we install outlook on every pc. but one think more , i want tht all mails should be saved in home folder on A.D server, tht given to them , can this be possible.
