Shortcuts continue being created in my flash drive

Hello,
I use 32 bit windows 7, experiencing this problem......tried to click Ambucias links for his help but it says.....error 404 there is nothing...i think the link is broken by now
but it helped so many people out here....here is the link so somebody help please i need this USB Fix program very badly...
