Retrieving previous yahoo mail

I wanted to retrieve my previous account because I cannot access it anymore. In the verification process I put my previous number which is from the Philippines and I'm in U.A.E. Now. Even the alternative email address is no longer active. It's my personal email and I have it for a long time that's why I need to retrieve it. Please help me.

Hello,

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account? If there is no activity on an account for 30 days or more, it is automatically deleted from the server.
