I bought an older computer 2nd hand. how old? idk really it has a harddisk drive slot looks to be standard. I can currently Run World of warcraft fairly decent only problem is irrelevant. as well as Bluetooth adaptor is not built in (if that kind of gives anyone a better idea on how old this thing is)(not sure if that helps in anyway but rather provide more than less)if that paints a better picture, but My major problem is a "no Audio Output Device is installed" I have a hard time believing that I might have to purchase a sound driver, especially when DriverWhiz(driver downloader i payed for) says that they are up to date but than my computer says no driver found and i try to update it and it doesn't work.

I suggest you try the free version of SlimDrivers. Just Google the name for a download location.
