Hello,

i use acer laptop in my office. it connecet to the workgroup network via wireless local area network. now i can log in to the internet. but i can not see other computers in the workgroup. therefore i can not send print out to the shared printer connected to an another computer. how can i fix this problem?

Are other computers on the workgroup has enabled file sharing?

Ensure you can ping other computers from your XP computer. In order to test accessing other computer, open your file explorer, type \\other-computer-IP in address bar and hit Enter button, you should be able to know whether you can access shared folder/printer on other computers.
