Please help how to turn on my computer

hello!!!! I have dv9500 pavilion laptop. It doesn't turn on whatsoever.
The only thing is when I plug in my charger to the port, the port lights up blue, but no other lights, no led light or quick key lights.

I took the battery out trick- nothin. I took my HDD and my rams- nothing.

The HDD does work cuz when I took it out, I put it in another laptop and its works.
I don't know if it helps but I run windows vista.

Plz help, I have many important documents and I need this computer fixed.
And the charge and battery does work cuz i tested it work a voltmeter.

Help, please, thanks!!!!

Hiya I had a very similar problem to yours last week and after an extensive troubleshooting session and taking virtually every piece out of the tower and testing it turned out it was the ram that was the problem due to a virus I had come through previous try getting some new ram and thet should fix your problems

i bought asus lptp in less than a month ago. before id had it for 2 weeks it randomly switched/turned its self off. wouldnt even charge. took it back (seeseeell) leeds they said needs to go to manufacturer!! also theres a piece of plastic missing that i never noticed so thry think av dropped it!!! i havent and nobody else used it. they still got it not working. got loads es i need......advice would be massively appreciated :) crisdel

Guess what! I've already try that, with my other pavilion computer, I got its ram and out and put it in my dv9500 pavilion laptop that I'm trying to fix and still its not turning on.

Thanks anyways.
But please can someone give me hope that my computers still alive.......somehow.......
