acer aspireone laptop won't turn on at all ( no LED turning on )

Try with external adapter only.. or try to use battery to power on..
Are you sure your battery and adapter is good!
If yes then your laptop dead!

battery and power adapter is good, but a glimmer of hope is somehow at hand because the unit when plugged in is heating up a little bit, it shows that something is still working inside.

May be the processor overheating?
But atleast you got some output in the screen and LED will glow but in your case nothing happend!
