Hardware turns on... Black screen not even BIOS.

I just changed cases... Everything was working fine earlier today. I then, after changing the case found that my computer will turn on... everything gets power... reset many things... but the screen is still blank... The bios does not show at boot! It is strictly black bios light shines running super bright.. no beeps... the only try I've got left is removing the fan and double check the cpu heat transfer gel. I really have tried everything not gpu eliminated. connections good... reset the ram. reset the bios battery.

what about your VGA cable and monitor power cable?
Did you connect it properly?

sure did everything has been eliminated out...Everything had ... Unfortunately I think it may be my motherboard is permanently crashed. I guess it's time to start looking for a new one.
