Hi Aptpsbwmraj,
The security is there to prevent harmful macro's to do ... uhm ... harm. If these harmful macro could adjust the security, then what is the purpose of security in the first place?
A workaround would be to create a sheet, which explains how to enable macro's. Hide all other sheets and just display the explanation sheet. You could then write a code that will hide the explanation sheet and unhide all the others.
So when macro's are disabled, only the explanation sheet will show. If they then enable macro's and restart the file, then your macro will kick and show the file as intended.
Best regards,
Trowa
