Hi, am Esau
My desktop computer has xp. It started restarting before it loads clearly to the desktop. It only displays a message "Chassis fan not detected". How can i overcome this or how can i bypass the chassis fan?

Hello AmumpeEsau,

This type of error means that there is a problem with the fan of your case. Can you hear it spinning? If can't you need to open your case and clean it because there might be much of a dust that has to be taken away.
If you have all cleaned up but the fan still doesn't run, then it might be damaged and needs replacement.
Depending on the model of your motherboard you can go to the BIOS SETUP UTILITY and navigate till the tab of POWER. There you can see the fan control. If you work with ASUS motherboard, it's good that you enable q-fan control.
