Outlook verification ticket

Hey,

Some years ago I got an error that I need to verify my Outlook, so I did but the second email I used on that account is not correct, my second is kevin****@hotmail.se but it says kevin****@hotmail.com, so I can't verify by that means, including phone.

Tried filling in the ticket (questions), waited some days and failed. I don't have a clue what to write since it was such a long time ago and I've tried and tried. Is there any way to verify this without second email, answering questions and phone? The reason I needed to verify was because I used to login to my Outlook on my school laptop and never log out and did this for a while, that's why I think I needed to verify or either I got advertisement spam from all various email senders.

EDIT: I know the password & I don't really need to bypass/succeed in this verification, on some of my games this hotmail is registered and I receive things such as newsletters on it that I can't view due to this verification.
