Locked out of hotmail/live mail after hacking

Hello,
I have been trying to get back my files and contacts for several months under ******@hotmail.com. I either don't get responses back or the ones I get back are not satisfactory. The last response was that I haven't proven its my account. I need desperately to get the info back because I have inventory files and tax information files on the account. I used it as a business account for my eBay Store. Please, will someone contact me? A form does not express adequately what my problems are, I need personal contact and SOMEBODY who cares about giving good customer service.
