hi, yah the problem that you have is the fact that your system stabibility is corrupt, in simplier terms something in windows is broken. the easest way to fix it, and the most reccommended if your not tech savvy, would be to bring it in to have the computere restored. or to have them re-install windows or mac, what ever they hell people are using. not always the most plesent but not the hardest to fix.
