My Laptop wont recognize my Monitor

hey guys,
my wind 7 won't recognize my BENQ GL2450 HDMI. It turns green then turns black then comes back to green. its pretty weird because if i connect my laptop to my TV from my room and it works perfect. I've tried other monitors and does not work either and i tried my TV from my living room and it works. My MacBook is Bootcamped and I've tried from mac apple thru my monitor and does not work either but my TV from the living room yes. its weird that it does not display for monitors only. Please Help.
