Hi Ayushi,
Is the pendrive accessible through My Computer? Does it appear with any occupied capacity? If the drive is not accessible in My Computer, go to Disk Management and check if the drive has drive letter and a file format. I would strongly recommend you to unhide all folders from Folder Options and check the pendrive on another PC. In addition, I would update the anti virus and do a complete scan.
