My cpu is on and there is no display in the monitor and somthing keeps on beeping inside the cpu..... please help me

Sorry we can't be of much help. This type of problem requires "HANDS ON" access to the computer to determine the problem.
I could be as simple as a key stuck down or as complicated as a failed motherboard.
I suggest you find a good local PC repair shop.
