My pc not starting up, the following are the observations.
1. CPU power is normal, means getting on.
2. RAM removed , cleaned and put back - no change
3. All fans working
4. Keyboard lights not on, at starting just blinking that's all...
5. CD drive opening and closing normally.
6. Green light working on the mother board.
Please help me to come out from this ....

It appears to be a motherboard failure. It's going to take "hand-on" access to the computer to diagnose. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop examine it.
