Unable to open my hotmail account in USA

Hello,

I am unable to open my hotmail account in USA now. Previously when I visited USA there was no problem in opening my account. This time I am being asked to put my India's Mobile Number while same is not available here. I also don't remember the other security questions being asked.

Pls sort out the problem so as I may open and see my mails.
