Hp 15 notebook pc has no windows

Hello
I perched a laptop on SOUQ.COM but it has no windows. It's a HP 15 notebook PC .And when I turn it on it gives me two choices to make (1)FREEDOS And (2) HP DOCUMENTS, but if I choose FREEDOS it shows me this C:\> AND if I choose HP DOCUMENTS it will show me this INDEX of file:///hpdocs/WARRANTY/....Please help me out here in order to use my laptop.

It appears that the C drive has been wiped clean and you need to download a copy of Linux on another computer, Burn a DVD and use it to install the OS on your laptop.
