I have a list of product part numbers in one excel document. Now I need to pull the description and pricing from another document which is attached in the rows to each part number.

I have started manually already but it will take me hours and hours to match everything.

The second image displays the excel document where the data is coming from.

Hi Haris,

Good thing you stopped after manually inputting 4 rows.

VLOOKUP is the formula you are looking for. Write 1 formula for the D column and one for the E column and then drag both down.

Do let us know if you can't get it to work.

Best regards,
Trowa
