Hello,
I was having the problem where my pc was beeping upon start up and I figured out it was a ram problem. I tried testing both of my 4gb rams and when I used both it'd beep, when I used 1 in the front slot it'd beep, when I used 1(either) in the back slot it'd turn on for 3 seconds then shut off. I'm not that tech savy so I don't know what to do. Any help is appreciated.

It's improbable that both RAM modules will fail at the same time. I suspect you have a motherboard failure. But, it will take "hands-on" access from a good PC Tech to confirm that diagnosis. Perhaps you should take it to a local PC Repair shop.
