Can't get into my xbox account

Do you know how to recover my xbox1 account someone has hacked into it and I can't get back into it because he or she has put a block on it. I have tried all of the usual tricks and nothing helps he or she keeps changing it as I change it but now I think it is blocked. I would love very much to recover all of my information if possible. Thank You very much

Well, do you pay for it? Have you contacted microsoft concerning the hack?
