My pc monitor screen disappears

hello...i have hcl monitor and it is too old.
when i am turning on pc screen appears but after few seconds screen goes disappears and goes dark green.. no icon are shows and nothing shows........after many hours screen appers but sometime screen never appears... plz help......

Does the problem occur if you use another monitor?

no...... this problem not occur in another monitor

Then there is nothing wrong with your computer, just with the monitor. Only a qualified technician can look in to the problem.
