Hi David,
What do you mean that your Windows was deleted? Do you get some error message, while trying to boot or Windows is simply not starting? I would recommend you to enter BIOS and search for your hard drive. Is should be correctly listed there. If it is not, there may be some problem with it. If you are using a desktop, try switching the hard drive's SATA port and SATA cable. Do you have valuable data on the drive?
