Hi Niachii,
Is the device visible in My Computer? If it is not, search for it in Disk Management. Check if it is displayed correctly, with its own drive letter. These kind of devices usually come with some kind of software and drivers. I would recommend you to unplug the device, enter Device Manager, search for your MP3 and uninstall it. Restart the PC, plug the device back in and OS should reinstall the drivers. Check if it is working properly. If you do not have valuable data on that device, format it.
