Hello Nickname...swanzy,
What do you mean by beeping light? Does your laptop make any sound when you press the power button or there's just the light that's blinking? Is your laptop still under warranty? If it as I would RMA it to the merchant where I had bought, if I were you.
If your laptop's warranty has expired I suggest you to take out the hard drive and try to connect it to another computer through SATA-USB cable. If the HDD doesn't spin at all, anywhere, then it has failed mechanically and needs replacement.
