I can't open or either format my pendrive

Hello,

I have a 1 Gb pendrive but its having a problem that it is not getting open. If i right click on it ,then the My Computer stops responding same thing happens even when i try to explore the files in pendrive. plz help me.

Did you try it on another pc?
