Hello everyone,
I need your help yaar. I have purchased new HP laptop a week ago. I have a problem on it right now. When i right click on an empty desktop it takes approx 5 seconds to display the context menu. It is so annoying. So i gooled it for a whole day and found that, it is caused by my Graphics driver. I found many suggestions to disable the Nvidia driver. But i found myself i have problem with intel HD graphics Family driver. When i disable it The context menu works very fine. Now my problem is Whenever i disable it and check the DxDiagnosis, it shows i have only 256 MB of video memory instead of my 2GB Video memory. Will disabling the graphics driver affect my gaming performance? Continuously disabling/enabling it will affect my graphics card? Is there any permanent solution for this? I have installed the latest version of driver software only. Please help me on this.

Hi
Yes there is a permanent solution.
Your laptop is new and under warranty. Return it for a replacement.
Good luck
P.S. I suggest you stop deleting stuff as you may invalid your warranty.
