Password change

Hello, I am having trouble getting into my email. I have forgotten my password and my cell phone number has changed. Password help is no help to me if I can't get into my email to receive a new "password setup link" please email me a link to this alternate email.... ***@*** so I can change my password and update my phone number and alternate email.
