Hey there, Arun96.
Would you please be so kind as to check Disk Management and post a screenshot of what you see about the USB flash drive there, when it's connected to your computer. First I'd recommend that you try it with a different computer/device, to see if the same thing happens again. You might need to format it before you're able to use it, so go ahead and try that out as well. You could try formatting it via one of the formatting tools, which some of the manufacturers offer for their devices (USB flash drives, memory cards etc).
