I cannot open my flash drive!

Please please please help me. Tell me how to fix my flash drive. The PC recognizes the flashdrive but CMD tells that it doesn't exist. Even the anti virus apps such as SMADAV and Avast can't scan it. Then a folder with no title existed. I click this and I saw a lot of folders with weird names. I also tried to search a file name in the search bar but nothing found. The flash drive still occupies space but I cannot find my files. What to do? Please help me ASAP. :(
