Hi Prateek,
Have you checked all the USB ports? This could be a connectivity issue. I strongly recommend you to check the pendrive on another PC. If the USB is being recognized, backup your data.
Back on your PC, open the Start Menu and type Power Options in the search box and do the following:
- Click 'Change plan setting' on your chosen plan.
- Click 'Change advanced power setting'.
- Search for 'USB settings'.
- Find 'USB selective suspend setting' and change it to disabled.
