Hi,.
i installed windows xp and its drivers on my VAIO Z.
but it seems the audio quality decreased compared to when it was on its default installed windows vista.
should i install additional drivers or what ?
the audio is too loud and seems like comming out of cheap speaker system but with vista the sound was somewhat deep and nice like dulby system or some thing,...:-??,. help,. tx

look to the sound mixer bass and treble mixer which may be boosted to much, it also could be poor xp driver if the pc was preloaded for vista use, as vista sound doesnt use dx sound and xp does.
