Keyboard typing wrong keys

Hello,
I have a problem with my keyboard "Desktop Keyboard". It is the letter "Q""W""E"
If press the Q nothing happens like the W button but if I press EWQEWQ the Q and W works and after half a minute the Q and W doesnt work again . Please help me . :D

Turn off the machine, and clean out the keyboard. It sounds like there are crumbs or something under the keys!
