Hi Warda,
Check if the flash drive is visible in Disk Management. Does it have a drive letter and a file format? If it does not have a drive letter, try to assign one right clicking on the drive. Do not try to initialize or format the drive. I strongly recommend you to test it on another PC. Update your antivirus software and do complete systems check.
