Hi Gayathri,
First we need to try a bit of diagnostics. as soon as you switch on repeatedly press the [F8] key. you should get the Advanced boot options menu. With the arrow keys navigate to disable automatic restart on system failure and press [ENTER]. Hopefully your machine will reboot and then stop at a blue screen with a stop error on it (usually at the top) and also a code in the form of 0x00000012 (0x00000, 0x00000, 0x00000). Please let us know the code and the stop error. You will need to switch off the machine by holding the "On/Off" button for about 6 seconds.
Also, (next) you could try restarting in the same way, but this time choose "Safe mode". When (if) it starts it will look odd, but hopefully windows will open. If it does try shutting down and then restarting normally.
