Computer turns on, but the screen is blue and blank and keeps flashing. Cannot use it at all. And this is my business computer. Help. Please.

You talk about screen flashing but now you say about internet? what is the original issue?

The connection was just the cable between the computer and the wifi box. But that didn't work either
.I took the battery out, took out the memory card put battery and memory back in and still nothing.(last instructions from place purchased) Still flashing.
