                    You misunderstand some basic computer terminology.
You don't need to increase "memory" you need to increase "storage space". You do this by purchasing a "hard disk" with a greater capacity and "cloning" software/hardware package which copies you current hard disk. In you case I suggest you find a local PC repair shop to do the work.
