1st method)
Try these command..
-->ipconfig /flushdns
-->ipconfig /release
-->ipconfig /renew
2nd method)
Open google chrome--> go to settings--> proxy settings-->LAN settings--> untick proxy server
3rd method)
go to chrome settings --> clear all cache memory and browsing history,etc.
4th Method)
Go to windows firewall settings and turn off firewall options
Try these command..
