Bsnl broadband Getting Problem

I have BSNL boadband, whenever I try to connect 192.168.1.1 it shows explorer cant connect. I bridge connection, I want it to be direct. Got directions from http://www.ip19216811.pw/ but still confused. I don't know I am also new.Thank you
