Insert a row below a given cell of a table

Hello,
I have a table on Excel 2013. I would like a macro to do the following:
1) insert a row bellow a given cell
2) copy the format of the original row into the new one
3) copy the values in the original cell into the new cell right below
I am new to VBA and macros I have tried many things with no success. I was able to have macro to insert a row above not below. I have troubles copying he formatting and I have no idea how to make a macro that works from the active cell.

Have you tried to use macro recorder. You can start macro recorder, perform the action manually and then stop the recorder. you can see the macro then
