Hi Anas,
So the PC is booting directly to Windows using a fast boot? If you are sure that F2 is the BIOS button, turn off the PC, hold the F2 button and turn on the PC, while holding it. If you manage to enter BIOS, go to Advanced Options and change Boot Speed to Normal. Right now it may be set to Fast.
